How Does this all Work? This is a deposit to reserve your harvest. A email will be sent with timeframe. All Processing, Transportation, Fees etc are included with final price.

When you purchase a quarter of beef, typically referred to as a "quarter beef" or "quarter share," you are buying a portion of the entire animal. Here's a typical breakdown of what you might expect to receive from a quarter beef:
**Roasts**: - Chuck roasts - Arm roasts - Rump roasts - Sirloin tip roasts
**Ground Beef**: - Ground beef (usually in 1-pound packages)
All cuts will be vacuumed sealed, USDA Inspected.
Locally raised in Southeast Indiana. As with all our beef at FarmTable Meat Co, Free from any fillers, Free From any added Hormones, Free From any antibiotics. Beef are raised Free choice grain-grass to insure the perfect marble on each cut.
Final amount of meat will vary. Estimate of meat will be 85-120 Pounds of meat.
