Returns and Refunds

    If there’s an issue with the quality or condition of your product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue.
  2. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Products must be unused, stored appropriately, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or refund requests.
  3. Process for Refunds

    • Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will process a refund or provide a replacement if deemed necessary.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of thawed or partially consumed products unless there’s a quality concern.
  5. Shipping Issues
